💚 EVERYONE SEND @kateskates2 ALL THE LOVE AND HEALING VIBES! 🧚🏼‍♀️💔

Today’s ride was AMAZING. Until it wasn’t.

Sometimes all you want is to soak up the beauty of autumn, show a friend some challenging new trails, and spend time doing what you love.

Today was all about showing @piperyock more of the advanced, technical terrain the Shed has to offer!

We took her on one of our favorite Northside loops — packed with insane tech, rigorous climbs, and plenty of challenges. She absolutely killed it🔥

We were also so thankful Kate could join us!

Unfortunately, in the very last mile, Kate (a ridiculously skilled advanced rider) sustained a serious foot injury, with at least two fractures confirmed so far. 💔 We had to help her literally crawl off rocky crevices and through creeks before getting her to urgent care as quickly as possible.

We all know how devastating these types of injuries can be, especially when riding is such a huge part of our lives. So please send Kate SO MUCH love, encouragement, and healing vibes. We know what she’s about to face - and we will absolutely see her through it 🥹💚

Today was a reminder of just how quickly things can change, but also how much it means to have your people beside you when they do.

The trails will always be there. Our people come first.

Kate, we’ve got you, girl. Heal up — there are so many more adventures waiting for us! 🌈🧚🏼‍♀️

🍂🧚🏼‍♀️ OUR FIRST COLD RIDE IN THE BOOKS!

A chilly and GORGEOUS morning in the Shed! A smaller crew with MoCo Epic this weekend meant more time getting to know our newest friends! 🧚🏼‍♀️

One of the best parts of our Step Into the Shed rides is hearing women say they never would have attempted certain trails or features without the encouragement of the women riding alongside them. 🥹

We also talk a LOT about rebuilding confidence after crashes, injuries, or difficult experiences. Some women have shared they might not even be back on trail yet without this supportive community 🫶🧚🏼‍♀️

THAT is what makes this so damn special. The courage to show up, face fears, and lift each other up is our jam!

It’s never just about riding bikes. It’s about women showing up for each other. 💚🧚🏼‍♀️

🔥 JUST NINE DAYS LEFT TO WIN THE S3 FOX 38 FACTORY! 🔥

Thanks to the generosity of @ridefoxbike @fox, S3 was gifted a 2027 FOX 38 FACTORY — A $1,400 VALUE! And we’re PAYING IT FORWARD by giving YOU the chance to take it home! 🧚🏼‍♀️💚

Let’s make something clear. This was NEVER a gender war. And S3 didn’t even reach out to FOX.

FOX wanted to have a little fun setting the record straight. And when they surprise-offered us a FREE badass fork to give away NATIONWIDE, how the hell could we say no?! 😂🔥

All genders. All body types. All riding styles. And look at that…

Still can’t find the “ONLY FOR MEN” label anywhere. LOL 😂

There’s no such thing as a gendered fork. Women ride 38s. EVERYONE rides 38s.

Haters gonna hate. But look at what came out of all that noise — an incredible opportunity to give back, support our Trail Fairy Fund, and bring more visibility to women in MTB.

THAT’S THE ENTIRE POINT. 🧚🏼‍♀️🔥

And now, here’s YOUR chance:

🔥 FREE ENTRY!
🔥 Open to EVERYONE 18+ across the U.S.
🔥 Optional support to the S3 Trail Fairy Fund.
🔥 Entries close OCTOBER 25!
🔥 *Winner selected OCTOBER 26!

*Winner announced publicly once confirmed.

🧚🏼‍♀️ ENTER AT THE LINK IN BIO + PLEASE SHARE!

The farther this Trail Fairy fork goes, the more good it can do. 🩷

Ride boldly. Shred joyfully. Choose your fork accordingly. 🧚🏼‍♀️

P.S. The song choice? 😂🔥 If lifting women up, increasing visibility, breaking down barriers, and unapologetically standing behind our mission gives us a Bad Reputation… so be it.

We don’t give a damn about our “bad reputation”. 🤘🏼🧚🏼‍♀️💚

🧚‍♀️ MONDAY MAGIC IN THE SHED! 🌈🚵‍♀️

After almost THREE INCHES of rain yesterday, the Shed did what the Shed does best — served up some slick rocks and rooties and absolutely GLORIOUS HERO DIRT! 🤘🔥

Six amazing women showed up on a Monday - including one from Philadelphia for her very first Shed experience! 💚

We introduced new trails to almost everyone - and EVERYONE conquered something for the first time.

And the weather? INSANELY PERFECT. ☀️ And the Fall colors? STUNNING! 🍁🌈 We obvi stopped to make a rainbow leaf wreath — because that’s what true Trail Fairies do! 🧚‍♀️✨

We had a STRONG crew out there today, and every single one of these baddies are ready for even more advanced Shed terrain with us! 💪

New trails. New experiences. More confidence. New friends. That’s what we’re all about.

Just another magical day in the woods with some badass women. 🧚‍♀️💚

MARK YOUR CALENDAR! 🔧🐻 WANNA LEARN THE BASICS ABOUT MTB SUSPENSION?

We’ve got you. 🙌

Join @sheshredsshed + @thunderbear_suspension_service for a suspension clinic at @gravelandgrind 🧚🏼‍♀️

🗓️ Sunday, November 15
⏰ 330–530 PM
📍 Gravel & Grind, Frederick Md

We’ll break down the basics of MTB suspension — what it does, how it works, and the things every rider should know about their setup.

Because your suspension shouldn’t feel like some mysterious combination of knobs, clicks, and numbers you’re afraid to touch. 😂

Come learn, ask questions, and get a better understanding of what’s happening underneath you on the trail.

🌈 Open to our S3 WTFNB community!
🔧 No suspension expertise required — that’s literally why we’re doing this.

Bring your MTB! Coffee & baked goods will be available for purchase at Gravel & Grind, and we’ll likely make our way over to @oldemotherbrewing afterward! 🍻

#SheShredsShed #Thunderbear #GravelandGrind #OldeMother #TrailFairies

More content ready! Ps. The trail fairy godmother’s VOICE IS COMPLETELY GONE and she has BLISTERS ON BOTH BIG TOES. 😂📣🔥

And if you watch the videos of us absolutely HYPE SQUADING at racers all day… you’ll understand why.

But again OMGosh, @gravitysocialmtb @oldharmonyfarm - WHAT. A. DAY.

We hyped. We raced. We danced. We partied (HARD). We podiumed. We screamed ourselves silly. We tiny tuted 100+ bikes and had 50+ humans running around in cute tutes. 😂🌈🧚‍♀️

And our S3 women SHOWED UP. Not just totally sweeping podiums - but this day was about so much more than that.

The support for @sheshredsshed from the ENTIRE community was absolutely incredible. To be there as a PLATINUM SPONSOR alongside our national sponsor @hamilton.motory @shredlineofficial and look around at what this community has become felt beyond surreal.

S3 IS ONLY 10 MONTHS OLD.

In that time, we’ve welcomed 500+ women into the Frederick Watershed — and now we just brought more women to Gravity Social in 2026 than ever before in its 14-year history, whether to race, ride, hype, volunteer, or simply be part of it.

THAT is why we do this. 💚

We could not have pulled this off without Shredline - they are considered family to this community now, and every single person who helped us prepare, set up, tear down, hype, photograph, race, volunteer, tute bikes 😂, and support us all damn day.

We are immensely grateful. And SO freaking proud.

Our community is growing FAST. And somehow… we’re just getting started. 🧚‍♀️🌈🔥

Thank you to alllll the amazing photogs out there!

Also shoutout to @oldemotherbrewing for keeping us hydrated, to @gravelandgrind for keeping us awake in the AM, and to @thunderbear_suspension_service for joining us and becoming family 🩷 We look forward to our partnerships growing with you all!

#SheShredsShed #Shredline #GravitySocial

After a SERIOUSLY ridiculous amount of fun yesterday @gravitysocialmtb … there was only one thing left to do. 🤘

@sheshredsshed had to introduce our Sponsor @hamilton.motory @shredlineofficial AND their full-suspension Eden prototype to the Shed. 🧚‍♀️

Consider that cherry officially POPPED. 🍒😂

We took Eden out on some proper Shed terrain, and DAMN are we excited for these bikes to officially go into production later this month!!! 🔥🔥🔥

After 20+ hours of absolute chaos yesterday, today’s chilly, rainy ride was exactly what our bodies needed — chill miles, good friends, slick rocks and roots, and some time in the woods. 💚

And y’all… THE LEAVES ARE GETTING PEEPY!!! 🍁👀

Yesterday we partied. Today we pedaled. Pretty perfect weekend. 🧚‍♀️🤘

#SheShredsShed #Shredline #TrailFairies

WHAT. A. FREAKING. DAY. 🔥🧚‍♀️🤘

The @gravitysocialmtb Race & Fest was hands down one of the BEST days — a 20+ HOUR DAY of setting up, racing, hyping, laughing, partying, dancing our hearts out 🧚🏼‍♀️💃🏼🕺🏼🚵‍♀️

And getting to introduce @shredlineofficial to our community made it even more special - as expected, their bikes blew people away 🤯

AND THEN… S3 WOMEN SWEPT THE PODIUMS. 🏆🔥

🥇 @piperyock — 1ST PLACE PRO!

And Cat 3?
🥇 @kateskates2
🥈 @hgielyah
🥉 @hlybry

These photos don’t even capture every fairy there, and we have an absolutely UNHINGED amount of video content to get through too. We also cannot WAIT for the pro photos to drop — especially from our girl @amyhoodcaptures 📸

An enormous THANK YOU to everyone who came out to help us throughout the day -
Yesterday was everything we love about MTB:

FRIENDS. COMMUNITY. HYPE. JOY. AND WOMEN TAKING UP SPACE.

@oldharmonyfarm and Gravity Social… you threw one HELL of a party. 🤘🔥

Ride Boldly. Shred Joyfully.

#SheShredsShed #Shredline #GravitySocial

LOOK WHO’S READY FOR TOMORROW!!! 🤘🔥

@sheshredsshed — a Platinum Sponsor of @gravitysocialmtb Fest & Race! 🧚‍♀️💚 ✔️
Mo from our incredible sponsor @shredlineofficial ✔️
And Matt from @thunderbear_suspension_service — our neighbor tent for the day! ✔️

The bikes are getting built, the tents are getting packed, and somehow these three are already causing trouble. 😂

Tomorrow is going to be a DAMN GOOD DAY! 🧚🏼‍♀️

Come find S3 × Shredline, go check out our neighbor Thunderbear, grab a tiny tute, S3 jersey’s, check out the Shredline bikes and gear, enter to win the @ridefoxbike 38 Factory, and most importantly…

COME HYPE THE HELL OUT OF RACERS WITH US!!! 🔥📣🧚‍♀️

GRAVITY SOCIAL — WE’RE READY FOR YOU. 🤘

#SheShredsShed #Shredline #Thunderbear #GravitySocial

We are angry. We are heartbroken. We are fucking furious. And we are tired of being constantly reminded - on a seemingly DAILY basis - of how many of us carry a story like this — or love someone who does.

Sexual violence does not exist somewhere far away from us. It has touched our friends, our sisters, our partners, our families, our community.

So this isn’t a polished statement. It’s simply something we need our community to hear:

If you are a survivor, we believe you.
If you’re grieving, bring it.
If you’re fucking RAGING, bring that too.
If something has been ripped open again, you do not have to carry it quietly here.

We will hold space for you. We will stand beside you. And if you ever need this community to show the fuck up for you, we will.

Because S3 was never just about getting more women on bikes. It’s about making damn sure none of us has to stand alone.

Ride Boldly. Shred Joyfully. RAGE when needed.

✨ OCTOBER @sheshredsshed STEP INTO THE SHED RIDES ✨

🗓️ Monday, Oct 12th (Indigenous Peoples’ Day) & Saturday, Oct 17th

👇 READ THE BELOW! 👇

📍 Start time & location meetup are posted in our private WTFNB Facebook group (link in bio).

Don’t have FB? DM us on IG or email SheShredsShed@gmail.com.

⚠️ Before you join us:

🧚 A signed annual S3 waiver is required for every participant. Link in bio or on our website. MUST SIGN BEFOREHAND.

🚵 Who are these rides for?

WTFNB riders.
Due to the nature of the Shed and its famously technical terrain, these are NOT beginner-level MTB rides. 💚 Step Into the Shed rides are designed for riders who already have foundational MTB skills and are ready to start applying them to Shed terrain.

You should already be comfortable with:

• Riding singletrack.
• Climbing & descending moderate hills.
• Maintaining balance and control on uneven terrain.
• Braking and shifting confidently.
• Standing on the pedals when terrain requires it.
• Using up-the-trail vision (eyes ahead, not on your front tire).
• Riding for approximately 3–4 hours with short breaks and sessioning.
• Choosing to walk features when needed—bc smart decisions are part of progressing.

❓ Not sure if these rides are right for you? Ask! Send us a DM or email—we’re always happy to help!

🪧 Trail ratings aren’t universal. A blue trail in the Shed may feel like a black trail elsewhere and is oftentimes much more technical than blue trails at other regional systems.

🪖 Required: Helmet, gloves, and eye protection.

💚 Recommended: Knee & elbow pads, hydration, basic repair kit, snacks.

✨ Remember: These rides are not about miles—they’re about the experience. We’ll stop, session features, celebrate wins, and enjoy the journey together like fairies do.

📌 Please note: Step Into the Shed rides are not coaching or instructional rides. You’ll receive plenty of Trail Fairy hype and encouragement, but these rides are about riding together, building confidence, and making new friends—not formal skills instruction.

THE @sheshredsshed × @shredlineofficial SPONSOR TENT HAS ARRIVED. 🧚🏼‍♀️🚵‍♀️🌈

And OH. MY. GOSH.

This thing is absolutely GORGEOUS, insanely pro, heavy AF 😂, and the PERFECT combination of both of our brands.

Seeing S3 × SHREDLINE together like this is pretty freaking surreal. And we are incredibly grateful to Shredline and especially stoked to work with their insanely gifted industry designer @denilestyles 🙌🤗

Want to see it fully set up AND come meet our Shredline sponsor family IN PERSON?!

📍 @gravitysocialmtb RACE & FESTIVAL
🗓️ OCTOBER 3rd

Come find the badass S3 × Shredline tent. You will NOT be able to miss us. 😂🌈🔥

#SheShredsShed #Shredline #TrailFairies

🧚‍♀️🌲 @sheshredsshed Step into the Shed rides. 12 beautiful humans today. SLICK ROOTS & ROCKS. PURE SHED MAGIC.

They were calling for rain, but—as this mountain does—the Shed gave us perfection. Perfect weather, money trails, and one hell of a crew. 🧚🏼‍♀️

We even scooped up @srammtb @watkinsdakota for a couple trails — and yes, he got officially TUTED. 😂 @whitney.simpson21 husband Keith joined as our on-trail photog, along with Lulu and Easton, kids of moms who either rode with us or dropped them off.

Everyone challenged themselves and discovered exactly how freaking exhausting the Shed can be. 😂 And seeing women return to this same route and show us their progression might be one of our favorite parts of S3s Step Into the Shed.

The feature you walked last time. The climb that destroyed you. The line you couldn’t quite figure out. Then suddenly… you’re doing it. 💪🏼

The BEST part? The laughter. The HYPE SQUAD. The friendships that form after just a few hours together in the woods.

We also had the honor of tuting some bros in the parking lot 😂 — and they told us how much they love what S3 is doing. One ALREADY SENT US PHOTOS OF HIS DAUGHTER WEARING HER BIG AND TINY TUTE. 🩷🧚🏼‍♀️🥹

Y’all. THAT is the stuff.

Also, if you snap a spoke in half on trail, apparently an S3 sticker makes a solid emergency spoke-management device. 😂🧚‍♀️

The Shed is demanding. These rides aren’t about mileage or speed. They’re about facing this place together.

We are strong. We are mighty. And making new friends while doing ridiculously hard shit on bikes is pretty freaking top-tier. 🌈🧚‍♀️🤘🏼

Ride boldly. Shred joyfully. Together.
